I have to say it is good to see a ramen place on this side of New Jersey. The place looked authentic as we walked in, and the place was nicely arranged. Great selections in the menu and we were happy to see the combos. We could choose the thin white ramen noodle, yellow thick ramen noodle and gluten free version. I had to say the texture of noodles were among the best of all the ramen places we sampled. Unfortunately the broth was too salty, and the pork items were too dry and had strong boar taint. The rice texture was below average, which was surprising to us.

Ramen Azuma has been our favorite Ramen restaurant since moving to Bergen County in 2018. Their menu reminds me most of going to Ramen stands in Japan.

My husband and I love it here! The food quality and service is great. I really recommend the ramen combos they have. For the gyoza, they give you 3 different dipping sauces which are all amazing. This is our go-to date night spot!

I always pass by this spot on the way home from work and it had pretty good reviews, so I was excited to finally try it. We ordered for pick-up for 7 pm on the Saturday of MDW. It was a pretty large order since we were ordering for 9 people. We ordered some DX Curry (pork cutlet, fried shrimp, fried chicken, and egg). The pork was kind of dry so I ended up switching with my husband, who had the black garlic ramen and it was soo salty. The meat was also dry. I ended up just eating chicken karaage, which wasn’t bad. A few items were missing so we called them, and they made us come back to the restaurant but from their tone on the phone (and in person) it seemed like they didn’t believe us that a few items were missing.

Really lovely and cozy Ramen (and more!) Japanese restaurant right in the center of WoodRidge. I loved their Gyoza appetizers, vegetarian and meat, and their Ramen noodle dishes are so yummy. I also really love the very flavorful green tea bubble tea. (Tip: ask for no added sugar if you like it less sugary.) The interior is spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the staff is super-friendly. Easy pick-up service when calling-in orders. We’ll done!

I ordered a spicy ramen soup. It was okay. It could use improvement. Definitely not one of the best I’ve had. There is no bok choy included, which I didn’t like. I had to ask for it and I got a small piece. It’s not very spicy either. It’s mildly spicy. You’ll have to ask for extra. They use spicy oil. On a positive note, it’s nice to have a ramen place in town.

I’m very happy they opened within 5 minutes of my house. I’m in Lodi and used to go to Englewood. I left with very good first impressions.

This is a cute place I have visited twice. The food is good overall ramen is not bad, karaage seasoned, curries well flavored. But today I ordered spicy miso ramen with curry with beef and spicy miso was not spicy and the beef was not traditional stewed curry beef. In fact it seemed they “ran out” of the beef and tried to cover it up with these stringy fatty pieces. I realized it when I found just one small piece of tender stew beef in the curry. I specifically asked for extra bok choy and I was told there was already bok choy in my ramen. When I received it there was only one small leaf.
