This is one of the three worst Ramen I have ever had. I think they forgot to add salt to the soup. The noodles were too soft and terrible. We couldn’t even eat half of it. When I entered the restaurant I was taken to my seat without being greeted. They are boringly accommodating without a smile or a word when it comes time to pay the bill. I will not be coming back again.

Nice location inside City Center Bishop Ranch. We requested for outside seating and it was setup quickly with a heater.

Visited here on Friday around 1:45pm for late lunch. We were seated immediately and we ordered right away. i ordered chicken karaage for appetizer and 2 bowls of hiroshi tonkotsu ramen. This was everything kinda downhill. We had to wait for almost 20 minutes for the ramen. That was after I asked the server because I saw 2 tables who came after us got their food first. The chicken karaage (that was supposed to be an appetizer) came last after I asked another server to check on it. I also had to ask for napkins and water refill. I am disappointed at the service despite the friendliness of the servers.

OMG… I was looking forward to this place. Great location and nicely decorated. The service was generally good. However, the key thing going to a restaurant is the FOOD and that fell short. The Gyoza was baked fried, bread like, filled with veggies. I had both Tonkatsu Ramen dishes and the noodles were under cooked, the so-called soft boiled egg was hard boiled and cold??? The soup was extremely salty. I will not be eating here again unfortunately.

My daughter (13) went with a couple of her friends to grab lunch at this place. She had the money needed for her meal and not much extra. After they paid the bill, one of their waiters came over and started publicly yelling at them for not leaving a 15% tip, in this case around 20$. She came home crying after the waiter called her a horrible person telling her that waiters lived off of tips. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The chashu in my tonkotsu ramen is really great! Not too fatty nor dry. I love the egg too but wish it’s a whole one

It tastes good. However, I feel like the noodles are undercooked and not enough soup in the bowl (proportion a little off). I also think soup isn’t hot enough when it was served. Price is okay I understand that the location needs to bump the price

I was excited to try this place and left absolutely disappointed. The food did not meet my expectations at all and I am honestly not even a picky eater. I can’t even explain the flavor but it was not good. My husband said a cup of noodles top ramen tasted better and I agree. Poor flavor overall will never eat at this place ever again.
