Coming from Japan, that is the explanation here. I’m sure it would be 5* if I didn’t know any better. There are also Ramen houses that make more authentic dishes as well. Although the locals have a much different palette than the original dishes of Japan I’m sure.

We loved the crispy Karage chicken. That said the fried rice was a disappointment it had a flavor I couldn’t quite figure out. My noodles were stuck together in a clump, the flavor was off as well. My son liked his ramen bowl, the noodle were the egg type. Overall I’m from the PNW my palette was going for something more authentic. On a plus note the mango boba was exceptional.

Cute little Ramen place tucked away at 27th and 200. Great Ramen. Yo can tell the broth is quality and well made. Will definitely be back!

Loved this place when it was a shabby little hole in the wall. They’ve done some beautiful renovations, but the food has only improved. The gyoza are a favorite, and they’re generous with ramen meat and toppings. My favorite place to eat in Ocala for three years now!

My family and I always have a tasty time when we go to Ramen House! My son LOVES the fried chicken. You can tell it always made fresh! They also just recently start doing Hibachi meals (pictured below.) The steak was sooo tender and flavorful. I recommend mixing your white rice in the leftover juices/sauce from the steak. Extremely delicious We haven’t had any boba drink that we haven’t loved either! My personal favorite is the brown sugar milk tea or the taro. 10/10 recommend!! The owner is extremely kind as well and ALWAYS make our family feel welcomed every time we visit

Simply fantastic. I’m always in search of good ramen spots to hit up to take my friends and family to, and this one is worth the trip. The portions are decent, employees were super friendly, and I received my order quickly. I didn’t expect them to bring my order to my table, which was a nice surprise.

I have lived in Ocala for three years now and I’m upset it took me so long to eat here. The ramen is fantastic. So satisfying! And you gotta get a Boba Tea. My husband and I tried the Thai tea and brown sugar tea. Both were really good!

The food itself was okay, right in the not so good yet not bad range where I will give a 3-star.

I have been eating here ever since the restaurant opened and the boba tea is still phenomenal the staff/ owners have changed and the new staff is ok they just don’t have the same charms that the old staff had the ramen is slightly different than before it tastes a little less flavorful but is still filling nonetheless. Even though they’re not as good (Ramen wise) as they used be I’ll keep supporting them as much as I can since they’re a small local business and still truly a hidden gem in our town. The pork gyoza and both chicken appetizers are phenomenal as well. The lady upfront recommended the Friday the 13th boba and all I can say is that THE FRIDAY THE 13TH BOBA IS THE BEST!!! (imma miss it since it’s probably a seasonal item ) so go get one before it’s gone.

I LOVE THIS PLACE, VERY WARM AND WELCOMING. I come here with girlfriends religiously every day. The boba is absolutely delicious and rejuvenating. My favorite one is the dirty matcha and I get it extra filthy every time. Best ramen house in town.
