we lost count of the number of times we said “wow” while eating our food at ramen kawae. everything we had was off the chart delicious. the flavors were complex and rich, with impressive portion sizes and unique flavors. i am already making plans for ordering all entirely different dishes next time i go because i have no doubt they will be amazing!

Amazing ramen, super fresh ingredients, even the bamboo shoots are fresh. Family run, son is a true chef, don’t skip the dumplings, they are fantastic, perfect mix of crunch and flavor. And the house made chili sauce, this place is A grade start to finish. If you like ramen or don’t know, come here. Thank you.

The Ramen was great, so was the Karaage which had a yolk in the sauce and a poached egg hidden among the chicken, the Gyoza dumplings had some kind of layer of fried edge that was crispy and tasted amazing. Highly recommended.

This place hits every mark. It was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. The ramen was so full of flavor, filled with quality ingredients, and sincerely had the best broth I’ve ever tasted. It’s rare that I think food is perfect but it straight up was. Will be returning.

The ramen is fantastic! Great menu selection but the classic tonkotsu ramen is the way to go. Love the food hall atmosphere and happy hour drinks until 6:30pm during the week makes early dinner the move!

Wow, literally the best ramen I have ever had! I tried the Tan Tan Men (my FAVORITE) and it was so full of flavor. The pork char siu was juicy and tender and the broth was perfect. My Fiance had the Tori Paitan and the roasted chicken was FALL OFF THE BONE! Oh, and don’t even get me started on the Karaage chicken – DELICIOUS. If you are craving a good ramen meal, I definitely recommend Ramen Kawae to satisfy your craving, you will not be disappointed!

Oooweeee did this ramen have depth. I want a bathtub full of this broth to soak in. Great flavors. Juicy pork belly. Delish dumplings. Definitely fat and happy after a big bowl of ramen.

This ramen shop is everything! I love noodles in a concerning way, and this place hit all the marks, the soup was wonderful, the bowl was filled with noodles and toppings and the broth was so fresh and full flavored, no strange after tastes or weird flavors, just love and umami. I got the wonton soba and I want to bathe in it, your tummy will thank you for trying this shop! Located within another business, this cafeteria style seating is also great for trying many options and cuisines!
