This place is everything you want in an authentic ramen shop – from fresh noodles made in house, to rich soup bases, to fresh and high quality garnishes. One atypical inclusion that I LOVED was the couple of cloves of fried garlic. I have a weakness, and those little crispy nuggets were sublime!

Today, I went with my partner to Ramen KoBo and tried their limited edition Birria Ramen, and wow – we’re big fans.

Incredible ramen place with not only perfect ramen bowls, but the side dishes are so good! Highly recommend, since it was such a great price as well.

A MUST TRY when you’re in Vegas, SW side of town! The noodles are in-house made, definitely not the store bought squiggly kind. We always order the Tonkotsu (pork broth) with garlic oil. Add extra ground pork.. YEA!!

Choose your soup base or pick a specialty dish, choose your spice level add extras & enjoy. Very easy on the budget. Was just a bit intimidating as no one was smiling & as ppl come and go the staff do some sort of acknowledgement in a native tongue but it seems they may be reticent to all go along with it…mix that with the lack of a friendly greeting and it comes across a bit lackluster.

Each customer is greeted by the staff in Japanese which I thought was amazing! The place itself is smaller, ideal for a date night or maybe a small group of 3-4. If you’re looking for a mildly spicy, hearty Ramen with a rich base , you should choose the miso Ramen. Great combinations of flavors from the meat, chives, freshly made noodles and various spices . Pairs well with steamed dumplings and kimchi fried rice.

Stopped here for lunch after the gym bc of their nice reviews. The host guy was nice. I asked questions and I ordered pork ramen with pork chashu and egg and I asked him was this marinated in soy he said yes. It was not. It was a plain egg. Also their chashu is served cold. This is only okay if your soup hot. Mines wasnt hot. Nor did it have great flavor. I ordered the spicy and it didn’t taste like any spicy was added. Also the broth was bland. I took two bites and request the bill. He handed me the bill. The bus boy asked was I don’t I said it wasn’t good. No questions asked they swiped my card. I left a full bowl on the table. I won’t be back. 16$ down the drain.
