Delicious fast casual Asian food! I tried the pork belly bao buns and the ramen with Korean bbq added. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! Overall I will give it 5 stars. My deductions to 4 stars for service and atmosphere are due to the setup. The vendor is located inside Grandview Public Market, so the seating is open to the entire venue. Orders are made on an iPad, which is fine, however I do wish the employees behind the counter had made an effort to say hello and discuss the menu with me while ordering. The food was absolutely delicious, but the overall interaction was a little cold. I went on a Saturday night around 8pm so it was busy, which may have influenced the service. The food was good enough to make me want to come back again. I appreciate that Grandview provides a stepping stone for new vendors, and I’d love to see this vendor open a true restaurant in the future. Best of luck!

Best Tonkotsu Ramen I ve had so far. The Wonton Ramen too. This place its definitely on my top 5 to eat. Place is cute. Like bazaar type. Parking can be busy.

Thoroughly disappointing experience for my first time. Order tonkatsu ramen and they put some kind of shredded meat instead of pork belly in it without telling me they were substituting. It. Croft tastes like dirty dishwater and has no flavor. The gyoza good though. Would not recommend.

Ramen was sub-par. The saving grace was definitely the perfectly cooked egg. You do have to add your own chili oil and spiced ginger if you want to have flavor from the broth. Pork was a little chewy. You could tell the noodles were made in house, but they were plain and too thin for the ramen. Not great ramen, but a cute shop in a nice market.

Just spent $17 on the Shoyu Ramen. The broth had absolutely no taste. Very dissatisfied…

This is THE place for Ramen, I’ve been eating with the for a couple of years now but unfortunately both locations have become really skimpish on portion sizes…I always felt like the portions were really good for the pricing but lately…they’ve increased pricing while reducing the food…$5 extra for the protein and they only give you a small 1/2 spoon full…I get it, inflation but come on!! I won’t continue to give you guys $17 for a bowl full of noodles, the vegan ramen will be my meal of choice going forward anything else becomes a ripoff!

The shoyu broth was so bland it tasted like eating just noodles in water. Fortunately I got extra eggs and Korean short ribs which gave it a little of a flavor, but the short ribs were shredded for some reason and gave everything such a strange texture.

It’s good but not amazing. A bit overpriced after adding an egg and the mushrooms + other toppings. And honestly who doesn’t love toppings. Came out to like $42

Food was delicious just a little bit overpriced park bao buns are pretty small for the price. Cashiers always add their tip to your bill without asking about it but you can custom to $0 if it’s your decision.

the ramen was alright. the red curry ramen was super flavorful and the curry was thick. the shoyu and the tonkotsu ramen were just okay. a little plain for my taste. it’s a cool place to hangout at. the environment is inviting and pretty trendy.
