Out of all the options at the Post I had to try the ramen place and I’m glad I did. The broth simmers for 20h and the noodles are made in house everyday. They top it with a spicy sauce and black garlic oil. Hands down the best ramen I’ve had so far.

Terrible customer service. We showed the young lady a picture of their own ramen that is posted on THE POST website and she said they didn’t have that and that they had their own menu. When she could have just simply looked at the photo and seen we were asking for something they offer we just didn’t know which one it was or the name of it. It was our first time trying ramen so a little bit of help would have been great without the sarcasm. Food was great though.

Man, I hate to leave bad reviews, but honestly this is the most watery ramen I’ve had in my life. I’ve never eaten Ramen before and thought “they forgot the salt” until I ate this. Chashu was also tough like samgyupsal left to dry out on the grill. I feel the broth maybe could’ve been okay if it were thicker and actually had salt in it, but as it was, it tasted like watery beef oil.

I ordered the black garlic tonkotsu ramen which was soooooo flavorful and pretty good size portion! I know their prices are relatively on the higher end of the spectrum when it comes to a bowl of ramen, but you have to think about location and atmosphere so I didn’t mind paying it. It also already comes with the toppings/add-ons that I like so that was a plus! I would like to try other dishes so I will definitely be back!
