Pretty good ramen. I like my noodles a touch firmer. Pretty good pork and seasoned egg. Interesting experience. Everything is contactless and without human interaction. Fun Japanese subway theme. Your ramen comes out of a hole in the wall. There’s only one kiosk right now, so you have to wait for others to figure out thier orders. Looks like they might have more kiosks in the future. The door says cashless, but the vending machines only take cash (some only exact change?).

Authentic Tonkotsu broth, the ramen was cooked perfectly with good portions. 3 healthy slices of their extremely tender Chashu and the black garlic was amazing. The egg was just perfect with the other toppings.

Go for the nostalgia, stay for the food. The ramen is actually really good and very reasonably priced. There’s more seating than just the 6 single booths, there’s some standing tables in the back and outside seating as well. Fun experience.

This is probably my new favorite ramen shop because the ramen is so good! I had the spicy tonkatsu and loved it. The shop is designed like a Japanese Rail station and is contactless. Vending machines for drinks are available in the front and back.

This is literally as if you’ve exited California and came str8 to Japan. Actually insane. Food is good too. I had the veggie shoyu with those cracked out Wild Vegetables(don’t remove these, it really is that good).
