I am very upset and disappointed in this place. My mother told me that we should support small businesses and I decided to go into this place. I ordered a pizza and told them that I only wanted half of it with everything that came with it, but half only with onions since I have allergies. the onion and the half that I didn’t want with onion had onion and the other side was filled with more onion than the others I asked for it whole and thin and they gave it to me all watery, I checked and they were still rude when giving my complaint so that’s why I’m giving My bad account because I didn’t pay anything, I paid more than it is in a good pizzeria, the first and last time I show up at this place.

We usually love this place. Unfortunately we aren’t sure what our total will be or if we’ll actually get our food. The food is good enough but everytime we go there’s something up. One time we had to wait for them because they didn’t get our order through the online system. Another time my SO had to wait another 20 minutes after the quoted ready time. This time I order, the worker gives me my total. Then my SO pays and it’s more than what he told me over the phone. The worker had no solution or help for my SO and just offered a receipt that explains all the charges. Please don’t give customers a total and then add to it when they get there to pick it up. That seems shady. I was very clear with the gentleman when I ordered I wanted. He even asked me when I ordered and I clarified. Also their menu and online prices and specials are not what they actually are, I have learned. According to the worker they have no control over what Google says. Which I understand, however their online menu makes you login and doesn’t even give you option to create n account. So not sure how exactly your supposed to get an accurate manu and price online. Their food is decent enough. However, there are plenty of decent enough pizza places that I’ll actually know what I’m getting and paying for.

The worker Calvin who answered the phone at 7:15 on Sept 16,2022 claimed to be the manager . Was extremely rude when I told them that I was missing a few items that I paid for. He spoke to me in a disrespectful way and when I informed him that he was being rude he said ” I know I am rude” he hung up on me once and answered with attitude the next time I called. I was missing items I paid for and he did not care . From the moment I called I did not get nothing but attitude and I was completely disrespected. Do not order or go to this place ! The people they hire speaks volumes! I did not get my wings . My chicken Alfredo taste like can chicken and box pasta. And I didn’t get the extra meat on my salad. For a first time customer I am not impressed in anyway!
