After an 8 hour drive nothing says Colorado like fajitas at Ramons. We had mixed chicken and beef. We thought we would have leftovers but we ate the whole damn thing. Very fresh, fresh tasting salsa n chips, good friendly service. My only negative is the automatic 2% charge on credit card payments.

Got the carnitas plate and was perfect. Wasn’t over fried and hard like a lot of places. Salsa was good it tasted homemade. Flour tortillas were smaller than this South Texan is used to but are good. Atmosphere was mexicany!

Great restaurant. We have yet to have a bad dining experience eating at Ramon’s. We ate on the patio which was fine with the exception of there was a lot of traffic going by which made it a bit on the noisy side. I had a burrito and my wife had the chimichangas. Excellent attentive service by the wait staff.

Searched for “ceviche near me”. No ceviche on menu despite Google’s recommendation. Host said it would be 10 minutes but plenty of empty tables could be seen. Sat down, started on chips and salsa. Salsa ok, chips were bitter — old oil. Ordered Chile Verde. Sauce was exceedingly salty. Rice was ok. Beans were a bit salty too. Service was quick. Server asked how everything was when I barely had a bite, I said Ok. Then when the salt got to me and he asked to take the plate, I told him it was too salty and he just shrugged. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had a great dinner. The beef taco was huge with lots of flavor. Also had the burrito Verde.Much bigger than expected and I could not finish it when combined with the taco. It also had huge pork chunks and was very flavorful.

Ramon’s makes you feel in a place where you can relax, and enjoy good Mexican food with great service. The staff takes time to answer questions about the menu, Rigo my server, was outstanding and professional. The combination plates come in many varieties. I had the chicken taco and chili reno, delicious!

Definitely not to the standard of Texas TexMex but if your craving TexMex this will do the job, in a pinch. Fajita beef is tender and fairly good. The pork carnitas is really good.
