My friends and I stopped in for dinner, not realizing the time. The staff informed us they were not able to seat us, however, would be able to take our order for take out. She retrieved 3 menues and upon our signal, she was delighted to take our orders. And delivered to us all individually bagged with condiments, utensils to suit each order. Impressive. Respectful, patient, informative.

The customer service here is great, the steak is cook just right, and the veggies are delicious. What I didn’t like was the fries and the bread. The fries were soggy, as if it was left sitting in the oil too long and the bread was hard. I would expect a dinner roll to be soft and warm when it arrives on my plate. But, the service is great.

First time here. There is a door to the parking lot so you can avoid the smoke in the casino. My burger was huge, the hand formed patty and cooked to perfection and I enjoyed it. My wife had corned beef hash and eggs, not canned. She reported it was good. The service was excellent from the top down. We were asked repeatedly if everything was ok. Definitely would go here again.

Lots of seats open. Took 20 mins to be seated. Got seated finally. Took a long time for someone to get me a drink. And then Took FOREVER to get my order in. Meal came. Food was meh. But Noone came back to check on me at all. Got fed up waiting so I went to register to get my bill and pay. Very disappointed as I frequent the place. Customer service is lacking!!!!!
