I had a stuffed pancake (bacon) with an over medium egg on top. I made this up and they make it for me when requested. Delicious, and one of many things I like about the Ranch House, you ask and they do their best to deliver. Sausage is great too, or both if you are feeling the love.

Food was ok. Very small portions, honestly wasn’t worth the price. They charge for everything. The chips and salsa were “never ending” but they brought one extra and said it was the bottom of the bag. We ordered a bowl of homemade Mac and cheese for $6 that was less than a cup was not even half a small bowl. Ordered a breakfast omelette “plate” for $11 and had to pay $3 extra for hash browns. Paid $100 for two omelettes, a side of hash browns, one pancake, a salad, and a tiny bowl of Mac and cheese and chips and salsa. If you have a family to feed and need to be cost conscious this is not the place for you. If you do go please read the menu very carefully! You can make everything they made to taste the same or better for less than $25. Will not be going back!

Could not have asked for nicer waitresses. Prices were reasonable and food was good. We both had shrimp and we could only eat 1/2 of our plates. It was $12 each and we took our left overs back to the hotel and had enough for supper. Now where else can you eat 2 meals for $12 dollars.

When in Canyon, the Ranch House Cafe is a must stop! The service is terrific, the food is fresh (most made from scratch) and the portions are generous.

Loved it! Breakfast served all day and everyone had smiles. They’re distancing tables during these times, which is a relief to those worried about crowds. Sunday seems to be a pretty popular time to come here.
