Horrible. Got ripped off. Ordered the super nachos and paid an extra 2$ for extra cheese. There was hardly any cheese. Also they forgot the guacamole that is supposed to come on it. Don’t go here. Waste of money. Sour cream was a little weird also. Would have returned but got It to go.

Cashier wasn’t really a pleasant person to start with. My carne asada fries were unappetizing, the fries were really hard. Also got a burrito and the meat was cold. Overall a bad experience here for lunch, would not recommend.

This place is always fantastic! The staff is so on point and the food is always fresh with huge portions. I eat at rancheritos all over the valley and this one is by far the best! Try the carnitas or asada plate or one of the the giant quesadillas and you won’t be disappointed. The whole crew deserves a raise.

I ordered a kids sized quesadilla, a specified kids sized. I repeated the order three times. Still got a full sized quesadilla, which I just can’t finish by myself for one. Two, it doesn’t come with a small side of rice and beans like the kids size does. (At least according to the menu.) Besides repeating the order several times, what else do I have to do to actually get what I asked for? Go back there and cook it myself? Yeah, don’t recommend this place. However, their other locations in other parts of the valley are great.

I unfortunately ordered through doordash and never received my food. The doordash driver delivered it to the wrong apartment. I tried to get my food replaced or refund from doordash but they decided to call me a liar instead of checking the facts. The restaurant deserves a better review but I didn’t get the food and people should know that doordash can choose to ignore their customers or call them liars instead of actually looking into what the customer is saying

Got the 2 beef enchiladas with rice and beans. The meat in the enchilada was not good at all, it tasted like it had been soaked in water…Ive ALWAYS liked their food but in this meal only the rice and beans were good

I am disgusted, I ordered a California burrito through grub hub. I cut my burrito in half and when I went to take my first bite, I bit something hard! Their was a plastic lid Inside my burrito. I just don’t understand how they didn’t notice the were putting a lid into the burrito when making it. And the burrito was also pretty cold, as you can see in the picture the cheese isn’t even melted. I do NOT recommend this place.
