Food was mediocre at best. Very small portions. Very small baskets of chips. BOTH bathrooms were out of order. Second time we have ate there and wasn’t too impressed both times.

Went in alone, 1130a in a Tuesday, they weren’t busy yet. I ordered the Specai, which was 2 enchiladas and 2 toastadas for $7.75.

Comfortable family style place that is big on competent service and great food. Came highly recommended and did not disappoint.

Well I don’t know if they can’t get spices in Kansas, or these folks just don’t use them. But if there were plain vanilla enchiladas those were it. I was really hungry, they were edible. The salsa might have driven by a pepper farm, but you sure couldn’t taste any, serious white guy blend. If you just want food it’s a good place. If you want Mexican food head further south.

Ranchito never disappoints. Amazing food just like I remembered from years ago. Service was amazing. Food was hot, fresh, and fast. Love, love, love this restaurant! Best Mexican food ever!

This is a hometown mom and pop business. My daughter worked there in high school. When she was at Ft. Hays State University, she would take food back for other local students. When my middle son was in the Navy and came home, he wanted to go there. Mexican food is stellar. But Norma’s flattop is so seasoned, the cheeseburger is great. No matter what you order, ask for it to be smothered.
