Horrible service, took my aunt to dinner for her bd, arrived at 9:30. We were served our food at around 9:45. The cashier comes up to us at 10pm telling us they were closed at they needed to close, kicking us out. We were not done eating yet she kicked us out and walking into the kitchen. Horrible service!

If I could I would rate this place a zero I went in today and had their menudo and it was all full of hair so if you are looking to eat nothing but hair I recommend, the service was terrible so unprofessional walked in and workers in the front but didn’t acknowledges us just had their airpods in. Manager didn’t even want to talk to us when we told them about the hair she just sent one of her workers to tell us as she was just in the back hiding. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We had the menudo, street tacos and the carne asada nachos. Seriously, WOW. The menudo was delicious and NOT greasy. The tacos were so stuffed with meat, I made 4 tacos out of the two (double tortilla), the guacamole was the best I’ve had in a restaurant. The carne asada was one of the best also. Nothing needed seasoning at all, except of course the menudo, the lime and garnish. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Oh also very very clean

Rancho Nuevo is a restaurant I visit every time I’m in town but I have just visited for the last time.. I am so disappointed I have zero desire to return. I was unfortunate enough to have Maritza as my server, she was too busy eating and complaining to pay attention to her actual job. Leaving a tip felt like a complete rip off. Everyone else there seemed to be very focused except for her, it was so uncomfortable I didn’t enjoy my food at all.
