This was my first time eating at Rancho Viejo, and it was superb! First of all, the owner of the restaurant is so friendly and kind. She knew I was new as she didn’t recognize my to-go order and talked with me and hoped we enjoyed our meal. When I got home, the food was still hot. They package it very well. And the taste…wow! We both had enchiladas and loved every bite. The sauces were flavorful and not too spicy. The rice and beans were perfect. The chips just melt in your mouth and not too oily, just right. The salsa is great as well. We have found our new Mexican restaurant!
