I came in and there was only a lady at the front. When I went to the bar to order some food to go, there was no one there. The restaurant was empty only one customer at the front and that was the customer the lady was waiting on. 20 mins went by and the lady never came to serve me. There was a man that asked me if I had been served. I told him no and he went to the lady at the front to tell her to service me. She still never came over. So I left. I took a few pictures before I left. What a shame. Terrible customer service. I gave them 3 stars for decor as the restaurant is designed nice and the man was nice to try and get the lady to serve me even though she never came over to me.

First time there but it won’t be the last. The atmosphere was great. Jay, our host and waitress, was so friendly and made us feel welcomed and at home. Our food was fire can’t wait to come back.

Food is always amazing. I use to call in my orders because of past experience with the service wasn’t good. But my last visit, I took the chance and ate inside. My waitress Jay was freaking awesome. She greeted me with a SMILE. She was attentive to me even though she had other tables to work. Great job!!

Pleased with the food and the service. There were 2 ladies who greeted me upon entering. Ordered takeout – the turkey in sauce with fried plantains, rice and kidney beans. They’ve updated / renovated the place and it looks very nice on the inside.

Randy’s used to have really good food, but lately it has been a miss. They are so worried about upgrades to bring in artists that the food is suffering. I bought legume the other day with fried plantains. The legume literally had 3 pieces of meat and no flavoring. The plantain wasn’t even fried done. I will no longer spend my money here. Get it together. There are too many Haitian restaurants around for you to be slipping like this.

Worst food ever. I order legume and white rice/beans sauce aka souse pwa. It was not good at all. This is my first time ordering from them. The good reviews lead me to this place. Now I realize they were giving false advertisement. The price are outrageous. If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!

All around the Worst experience. Went there as it was highly recommended by a local of Haitian descent. It was about 11 am. We walked in, people walked by. Not sure if all of them were employees as they were setting up a part of the restaurant for some type of Anniversary celebration. I’m assuming a Wedding Anniversary. Anyway, we called out hello more than once. One of the people setting up for the event, walked toward us. Just looked and walked to what seemed to be the kitchen and about a minute later a young girl came up to us and I quote, said the following “What you want?” I asked if they were open for business and serving people as we wanted to be seated and eat there. She said “wait.” She went back from where she’d been and a young man came up. He was much better. However he positioned himself at the register and asked what we would like to order. I then repeated the question, I had asked the young lady. He sat us, the same girl came back and took our order. From speaking with her, I could tell that English is not her first language and is very limited as we had to repeatedly ask the same questions and point at the menu for her to understand us. I ordered a simple breakfast that consisted of dry almost burnt super salty scrambled eggs and the only thing that helped with the saltiness was making sure to get a bite of the boiled plantain and eggs. Needless to say, I didn’t finish my breakfast. I only picked at it, the way skinny girls pick at a side salad they order as their main course on a first date. I’ve only seen it cause I’ve never been skinny. Before leaving, I went to use the ladies room as I feel like I drank a gallon of water after eating all that salt. The restroom was disgustingly dirty. Urine on the toilet seat, it pretty much looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. The trash may of been taken out. But it was dusty, dirty and grimey. Luckily, I carry clorox wipes, wet ones and soap sheets with me, especially when I’m traveling. Needless to say, at first glance it is a beautiful venue inside. But once you look at the backs of the “velvet” bench booths and the dirty plastic tables that were wheeled in and covered up with the fancy table covers and had beautiful centerpieces placed on them, impressive. What’s not impressive is the blatant disregard for cleanliness. Granted I’ve only worked in the fast food industry. But even then, when I used to work the graveyard shift, I would have the restrooms and dining area power washed. That’s all this place needs. Some dusting, baseboard cleaning and a good scrub down. Especially in the restroom tiles. Had I needed to use the restroom before ordering the food, I would have insisted on leaving. I didn’t bother taking any pictures. Maybe I should have, but it was too dark where we were sat and they were so slow with everything that I just wanted to get out of there. Btw, I just remembered. We were only given one napkin. Which was pretty much used up to soak up the run off from our water glasses. I had to pull out my tissues and use them as a napkin.

Horrible service. I came to eat, and the host ask me what do I need ?after 5 minutes of silence, and just staring at me. Just because I’m no Haitian , I’m white, and just came from a construction site. Racist. Don’t eat here. Unless you are haitian.
