It’s a million degrees out so I was a little skeptical about eating outdoors. I’m so glad we did! Such perfectly cooked fried shrimp basket you can eat the tails!! Sliced brisket sandwich made hubby so happy. Cold beer, water with ice and a slight breeze on a hot day under a shady tree and I loved it. Great service!! Clean tables and bathrooms. We’ll be back!!!

Randy’s is everything you should expect out of a barbecue shack on the side of an active highway. The brisket was tender and juicy on some delicious Texas toast. The okra was freshly fried with no stem. Hush puppies were crunchy and delicious. Absolutely love this place.

Been going there for years. Always great food. Nice outdoor dining. There hrs are limited so call ahead to be sure they are open. Its outdoor seating so the weather is a factor but there to go is just as good. They are pet friendly for well the well behaved ones.

This is what the American spirit is all about. A nice rack of ribs, and family gathered around the table. Randomly stopped there on a road trip only to find how much we really have to be grateful for. It’s the pleasure of a simple, well cooked rack of ribs that’ll bring nostalgia back into our lives when we need it most. Thank you, Randy’s.

My pulled pork, sandwich bread, and fries were delicious. However, one of my friends had very dried shrimp. Prices were decent. Another friend described the brisket as just ok and that it needed to be chopped. Many menu items weren’t available. Service was slow, but our server was very kind and polite. I’m glad I tried it after driving past it so often, but I don’t know that I’ll be back.

Drove my three kids 45 minutes to eat here. When we got there the person working the window seemed bothered/confused by our arrival? It was 5:30pm and the restaurant doesn’t close until 8pm so I’m not sure why she seemed so shocked. She then said “did you call something in?” To which we replied no. She said “Well, all we have is ribs and some shrimp.” Out of an extensive two page menu, I find it hard to believe they were out of everything else. They didn’t seem to want to help us, and further didn’t seem to want to work.

While the waitress went out of her way to be helpful the brisket was so fatty and tough it could not be chewed ..she replaced it with sliced pork which was extremely dry, the beans were served cold, the potato salad had way too much mustard, however the french fries and the coleslaw were good. Sign lists pulled pork but they do not serve pulled pork. Highly suggest not going!
