The pizza was good but overpriced. The soda machine was not working properly. The root beer was coming out of the root beer spigot and the Dr. Pepper spigot. So I couldn’t get my soda I paid for. Even after they said it was fixed, it was still messed up. To expensive and not worth the cost. I won’t be going back.

1st time visiting a Rapid Fire pizza place. Chose this locale because it was 15 mins from my job. Ordered on the website & the food was ready by the time I got there. Got the No Doh ($9) spinach based pizza with red & green onion, mozzarella, cucumbers, red sauce & chicken. Food was nice & hot & delicious. I would have given them 5 stars but the main base (spinach) was a little on the light side-see photos- Still overall good food!

So I’m an out-of-towner and I was recommended this local pizza shop. The young man (L’juan) that made my pizza was cheery and made the experience one that when I am in Springfield I’d definitely stop by for another couple of custom pizzas.

Food that I did receive was great, however I did not receive any of the sauces I had ordered and I didn’t receive all of my food. I ordered 2 orders of the 2 piece pepperoni sticks and I only got one. Overall, not a great experience.

First time ordering rapid fire pizza.There were multiple problems. First they left out the garlic cheesy bread. Second they give me someone elses pizzas both with meat ( (my catholic elderly mother doesnt eat meat fridays). Both pizzas had ham and meat (not our order). I called to speak to a manager and there was no manager. The solution offered to me was to return with pizzas and reciept. Drive all the way back across town to fix their mistake…thanks but no. Wont return…do better.

It was bad enough the guy making my pizzas moved like a snail, but told me the dining area was closed for the night. It’s Friday night and they don’t even close until 10pm. Use to be my favorite place, will not return to this location!!!

Dirtbikes and Drones
Visited location after working 12hr shift lifting 60 pound steel tanks all day. Walked in a was met by the sloth crew. If I had people like that representing my business I would shut it down and cut my loses. Pizza was good though. I know you say 180 sec. Yeah that’s not even close. Rename the place to sloths pizza. Rapid has no business being in your businesses name.
