This is a great fast casual option in navy yard. It’s not Rasika, but for clear casual, this is a great option for a healthy and tasty meal. Think of Rasa like cava or roti with a Indian cuisine twist. Innovative! Tikka Chance on Me!

Cool super friendly vibe. Gave samples to help me decide. Spicy beef on arugala and basmati with a garlic naan and mint cardamom limeade. 20 bucks. Awesome and delishious. Just blocks from Nationals ballpark and metro.

First time here and I am very impressed with the flavor of everything. I ordered the Open Sesame – (Lamb Kebabs) , switched out the peanut sauce for the garlic coconut and tomato garlic sauce. SO YUMMS. As someone from Malaysia and is part Indian. I really enjoyed my meal. ♡ Will definitely be back if I am ever in the area.

Custom bowls of flavorful Indian food in a colorful space. The menu also offers booze and soft serve ice cream. Try the garlic naan as a side, the mango lassi for dessert and quench your thirst with the turmeric ginger lemonade. Shanti!

2-23-23 1st time customer. Lots of liquid in my bowl. Ruined my experience. Only one employee doing everything while the other two ignored customers seemingly disagreeing about something. My issue was rectified as soon as management found out now I look forward to trying a different location.

They serve Indian style cuisine but know that it’s not what you would get from a true sit down Indian restaurant. You can build your own bowl or go with their bowl options. I get what they already designed and it’s always good. I usually get the Aloo Need is Love bowl which comes with these amazing sweet potato tiki balls. The fresh naan is delicious as well. You’ll spend about $15 for a bowl and naan. If you want a delicious and hearty lunch served quickly this is good place to visit.

As the street gets darker in Navy yards DC when you walk away from Nats Stadium and you pass by the not so interesting (but sometimes reliable) Chipotle, you will find this amazing space called Rasa. The moment I entered Rasa I knew this was gonna be fun. From deep meaningful painting at the entrance to the really cool music inviting you, the ambience passed the vibe check.
