The Disrespect I feel like I just ate. I will probably never want to hear rascals house ever again. I hate how poor the restaurants are getting but if you’re going to do it please do it right. Why slowly keep deteriorating the businesses that exist because with what I was fed and the prices I’m sure it’s going to go completely down hill. It usually isn’t the restaurant itself, but the location. Obviously, this location sucks, says the restaurant is open, but I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone, unprofessional to say the least… this is why you must travel outside of the “common areas” to get quality costumer service.

The staff is extremely unprofesional and rude! For as much as this food cost, you would think they would actually like to give the order to the customer. The employee kept telling me that there was “no order under that name” after I called them directly and was picking it up. I HAD TO PROVE I CALLED by getting my phone out and showing my call log… magically they found it! $45 for 2 medium pizzas with TWO toppings?!?!? Then she got REAL SMART when SHE WAS WRONG, never apologized and said some fly s***as I was walking out! I GOT HER NAME IF THIS COMPANY CARES ENOUGH TO ASK!

First of all if you’re white, don’t go there. And this is facts. What I wanted to get she told me I can’t get it because it isn’t here. My friend, who’s black, went in 10 seconds later, ordered EXACTLY the same thing, and they gladly freshly made it. They had no idea we were together. I’ve dealt with 3 different employees. They were so ignorant. The food here, compared to other rascal houses, is disgusting.
