The pizza is cheesy and juicy. Rascal house usually has pizza-by-the-slice available for walk in customers. They have quite a few new options on the menu including jumbo pretzels and teriyaki chicken pizza. The wings are okay, maybe a little overdone, but good sauce flavors. The undercurrent of this eatery is lively and mixes in with the University neighborhood. Pretty cool eats

This place is rude and disrespectful. After I asked them to deliver my pizza hot and fresh. I received cold pizza once again. Then the manager tells me not to order from there restaurant no more. I have gave them a chance to make things right. But unfortunately they couldn’t get it together, so this restaurant will not get no more of my service.

The reason why I gave this place A is because before I would say…. Two weeks before Summer vacation started the night shift would be real pleasant the pizza would be fresh even if they were down to there last two or three single slices they would assure you it was a short wait for fresh pizza coming out ..now it’s gloomy before they would ask if you would interest in other items they would joke with you and now you get whatever they got available even if it’s just formal conversation

After a long trip to Cleveland, that was continued to Detroit in the wee hours of the morning, I called Rascal House as the person on duty suggested. I was told they would deliver until 2:30am. My train left at 4:30am. The person who answered the phone listened to my order only to tell me they were closing early that particular night. It was at least 30 or 40 minutes from the posted closing time. I called the other location. She answered with the greeting, “We’re closed” so no food. I’m still wondering why they answered the phone.

We ordered the meat lovers pizza, and it was just ok. I was hoping for some excellent pizza but just got average. It also took 1.5 hours to get. The pizza was not warm. All pizzas are good, but some are better than others. I’ve had much better. Kinda disappointed overall.
