First time customer. I decided to try it mostly because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed! My husband and I were there for lunch on 2/15. We each ordered handhelds. He ordered the Bleu Burger and I ordered the Smokehouse Burger. Mine was delish and my husband said that his was sooo good! Very nice serving sizes and decent prices. I had a cup of the wild rice and it was really tasty. Waitress was smily and attentive.

Very disappointed. The walleye fingers had too much coating and the fish is very fishy and the fingers are very small. It didn’t taste at all like walleye. I took 2 bites and threw away. I ordered extra tartar sauce and extra fry sauce and I did not receive them even though I paid extra to get extra. The portion of fries was generous but not enough sauce. I can’t imagine coming back. Too expensive since I threw away all the fish

Stopped for dinner and saw they were offering prime rib. Decided to give it a try and go with rare. Very good even though my side dishes were like warm. My daughter had the cheese quesadilla and rice pilaf which she liked.

Top notch customer service every time. Ice cold beer. Food is pretty good, almost all made in house. Fish fry was delicious, chicken tenders were fantastic (2 chicken breasts each cut in half). This place has become one of our go-tos for the service alone

We came in at dinner time on a Friday, so it was pretty busy. Regardless, we still got our food pretty quickly. Food was delicious and came out hot. Queso was very flavorful, but a little thin. Every other item we ordered was perfect. If you’re in the area, I 100% recommend going here.

Ordered the Valley Melt with added bacon. The burger came out raw and no bacon. They took it back and when it came back it was still very rare. Very very disappointed. The waitress removed the bacon ($2.00) from my bill and explained it was a new cook. Hey not my issue. Maybe comp my meal but nope. Again. Very disappointed probably won’t be back ever.

Rascals is everything you want in a bar/restaurant. The food is so good, especially Sunday breakfast! The service is awesome. Jake is one of my favorite people who work there, but everyone is great. What I also love is that this place is family owned and you will often see the owner working hard along with their staff. It is the sort of business you want to support because the food is good and the people are even better.

We have not been to Rascals in a while, we are glad we tried them again. Prices are high but so are so many other restaurants. Our server Liz M. was great, very attentive and friendly. The food was good, we had chicken wings, onion rings and a Crispy Clucker Chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was the size of a fish filet. The sandwich wasn’t as good as it use to be. There wasn’t much flavor or spice in the coleslaw or chicken. We plan to go back and try something different next time.

We came for a late lunch. It wasn’t crowded. The server was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good. We stayed for 2+ hours as they weren’t crowded and that was not a problem for the staff. Drinks were consistently refilled. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and engaging.
