Longtime customer. I used to love their Teri deluxe combo with the salad, but I found a fly in the salad. Low and behold another person had the same problem 7 months ago. It took two phone calls and coming back in to the store to get a full refund. No I don’t want a voucher for a free chicken salad that I just found a fly in but a full refund. Horrible customer service. The kids at the front are always nice and friendly but management get your act together

Ordered the teriyaki chicken with white meat and chicken salad combo. The salad was good but the chicken was so dry it was hard to stick my fork through it. Hardly edible. Used to love this place but the quality has gone way down 🙁

Got a large chicken salad and a combo teriyaki beef and chicken on 11 29,22 at approximately 8:30 PM. It was disgusting.! The chicken was fat and grizzle, and the beef was so tough. It was like leather you couldn’t even chew it. Top it off I get done eating half of my salad and find a freaking bug in my lettuce. I will never eat there again.! Just gross !

Rascal’s is locally famous for their Chinese Chicken Salad. I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years, and even used to bring friends. Now I rarely do. It seems that while they are raising their prices, they are lessening the value of what you get. While charging more for your meals, they seem to be be cutting the amount of chicken and other things in their salad, while expanding the amount of cheap lettuce to act as as a filler. I understand that costs go up, but it barely seems like a chicken salad anymore. The cost isn’t really worth it and I don’t think I’ll be back.

Good teriyaki for the price. The only reason I deducted a star was due to the interior cleanliness of the restaurant. The restaurant generally looked dirty and there were a lot of flies inside.
