Loved this place pre pandemic because the food was always fresh and the staff was always friendly and inviting. Dont know if management has changed but the culture in store has. Food is still good but having to wait 10 min to be greeted waiting another 10 for your order to be taken and another 20 for them to make it with bad attitudes just doesnt sit right with me. Arrived at 9:30 got my bowl approx: 10:30-Check out my other reviews very unbiased.

First time going and the food was delicious!! I asked the cashier his favorite menu item and he gave me options including vegan and vegetarian options too. I was impressed! Unfortunately, I did not get a smoothie this time but I am excited for the next time I go so I can make a trip out of it

Overall the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. My first visit here and I was completely undecided about what I wanted. We ordered the Spinach wrap with Chipotle Chicken and Mango. It was very tasty, filling and delicious. However, the chicken was cold as if it just came out of the freezer. I would have preferred my meat warm though. The Kalelicious smoothie hit the spot and my friend loved the Creamy Chocolate Peanut butter smoothie as well. I do feel like going to Raw Addiction is definitely a treat, not a place I would visit too often due to the over priced options.

Incredible juice bar. My nephew, who doesn’t like anything, tried my kale with protein and loved it so much I got one for him. I’m from New York and had to really search to find a good juice spot. The others I went to were either closed for business or had nothing on the veggie side. How do you have a juice bar with no celery??? That’s what I experienced before we went to Raw Addition. I would love to open a branch in New York. Hey owner? If you’re reading this, let’s talk.

So apparently they have changed owners recently and it shows. Customer service is not the same, no one speaks English, they took away the good music that made people want to sit in and enjoy their food, and replaced it with Spanish music all day. My order had been wrong twice since I’ve been there in the last 2 days. I usually call ahead for my order, but no one has been answering the phone. Eve. I finally got through after 4 attempts at calling, I asked for the new owner and the man who answered the phone did not understand the word Owner. I have been coming there for years and today was my last day as a customer. Nothing about this place is the same.

Not sure if my old review got deleted, but last time i came here there was literal plastic imbedded in my acai bowl. I pulled it out of my mouth because i started choking. besides that horrible experience, I don’t know what possessed me to try them again because mistakes happen and i thought they would learn. And now I completely regret spending another $15 on an Açaí bowl here. I ordered the PB twist, and as you all may know it comes with peanut butter un the base and peanut butter on top. Not only is there no peanut butter in the base but there’s also no peanut butter on top. I’ve had this bowl many times in other places and worked in places like this myself, you’re supposed to taste the peanut butter and this straight up tastes like strawberry purée. I could tell immediately that I was gonna be bad by the color of the acai. Never coming back here again

I wish there were a 0 star, please bring back the old staff, current staff is slow as a turtle, they lie about waiting time. The place is hot as an oven, you feel you roasting while you wait. Employees do not follow instructions – I specifically said no berries and guess what the acai had berries so they have to start again. I will never ever come back. Go to Raw Juice instead, cleaner and the staff is way friendly and attentive to details.

The food is delicious, healthy and filling with great vegan options–it’s a bit on the pricey side so I won’t be eating here as regularly as I’d like. I got a dried tomato wrap for the the chipotle black bean burger and a Make Me Skinny drink (details on the bottle for what’s inside it) which I couldn’t believe after I paid that it was $8.50 while the wrap was $10.50. There was a small line when I came in for lunch and they got through it pretty quickly. The staff was very friendly and it was nice having a complimentary cucumber mint water refreshment on a hot day while I waited for my food. The service was fast as well, all together I was probably in and out of there in less than 10 minutes with the line. I would come again to try their other dishes but not as regularly because of the prices. I did see a sign though that says they offer 10% off Monday-Thursday from 3-6pm as well as a small coupon on my receipt for my next visit.
