I like Rax. If this one wasn’t so skimpy, I’d gladly give them 4 stars. Other Rax seem to have nearly double the meat and topping on their sandwiches. What gets me is the Long John Silver’s portion of this restaurant doesn’t skimp. If they did sandwiches to regional standard and advertised it, they could probably double their sales. They are a niche market on burger row.
