Very dark and cold and outdated inside. They have nice seating outside. All the dishes were premade or ready made including the mash potatoes fries chili soup. Only thing fresh made was the steak. It was quite well grilled juicy think and flavored. Less labored then we like though, but it was good. The rest of the items were not impressive.

Absolutely awful. We had a guest visiting from out of state and decided to treat them here. For one, our service was extremely slow. Leti was our server, and she was nice and all but so slow. It was a Monday night, not busy at all. Second, our food was just not good. My mom ordered walleye and it was so bland she requested if she could have toppings from the baked clams added so it could taste better, that was the only thing that helped it. I had the steak, portion was super tiny and super bland…whatever. Now our guest ordered the ribs which from our understanding they’re known for…i don’t know if the cook was having an off night or what but it had no flavor!!!! I tried everyone’s food like we aren’t crazy lol nothing had flavor. Here’s the biggest issue: we told the manager and they did not do a single thing about it. She argued that because we ate it she wouldn’t do anything, please look at these pictures and tell me if it all of it was eaten? We would’ve told our server herself that we weren’t enjoying it but she was nowhere to be found. Thats when i got up and asked for the manager. We saw every other server but our own. Hundreds of dollars spent and not happy at all. Never returning, absolutely terrible how it was handled.

Good service, solid food. I got chicken breast and sides. Chicken was pretty good, mashed potatoes were the best part, asparagus was kind of slimy/ over cooked in my opinion but it’s hard to get asparagus perfect. My friend got pot roast which he liked- I didn’t try it so I can’t comment. Portions were nicely sized. I wouldn’t rave about this place but for what it is I think they’re doing a fine job.

We had an amazing experience at Raymes. The owner and all of the staff were so accommodating for my dad’s funeral luncheon. They went above and beyond to make the event personal and special. And the food was delicious and the service top-notch!

Super tasty local restaurant that’s been around since the 70s and with good reason. Everything was delicious. We had the escargot, crab cake, and scallops. The derby lemonade with blackberry whiskey was delectable. Looking forward to returning to try more of their “turf” options! Our server Stacy was amazing and did a wonderful job making recommendations and taking care of us. All of the staff was great and very attentive. This place gets a 10/10 from me!

Once we got passed the bump that greeted us our visit got better. 5 of us walked in at 1130 am on a Thursday to an almost empty dining room (there were 2 tables of 2 present). The most unfriendly hostess looked like we were out of our minds to expect to get a table without reservations. We asked if we needed them and she said we have to plan on how much staff to bring in. We should have probably turned around and left then. She hmmd and haaawd and then grab some menus and took us to a table. The waitress did show up took our drink orders then food orders. She was accommodating, food was mediocre, dry burger, dry pot roast, tough pork. First and last time to this place and not so much because of the food but because of the lousy attitude at the front of the house. AND by the way outside of 2 groups by us the center of dining room never had more than 3 more tables. Sorry first impressions last forever!!! Plenty of other places that would welcome our business…
