HUGE portions. Excellent price. Worth the wait. I recommend calling in ahead if you’re super hungry. We waited a little over an hour at the dinner rush.. but it’s so flavorful and was deff with the wait. We got the dry ranch wings, meatloaf, and a fish dinner. First time going, we will be back 🙂 thanks for the great dinner!

We got fried chicken, yams, mac & cheese, cole slaw, & a whiting fish sandwich. Everything was good! I probably won’t get the yams again, they weren’t sweet enough for me personally. Excited to go back!

All I know is, I wish I could have placed another order if I lived closer. I will be trying other menu items and catering. You have to try it for yourself. My taste buds maybe different than anyone else. It’s a personal choice. Loved it.

Always fantastic! Amazing BBQ sauce! The sides are scrumptious. My favorites are the corn nuggets, greens, and yams. Delicious fish too. I have tried the catfish, and perch. They were delicious! I tried the cobbler and that was also divine! I grew up with Eli’s BBQ also in Warren. I was heartbroken when they closed. The sauce RBG has, and the crispness of the chicken brings back memories of Eli’s. It definitely is the go to BBQ in the area. Just phenomenal. They have greens too! I always gotta have greens with my BBQ!

This place was recommended to me so I figured I would try it. I ordered two catfish dinners and was upsold on some peach cobbler and said I would take ONE slice. I was told it would be 40 minutes and then they changed it to 20 minutes. I got there about 20 minutes later and was told it would be a few more minutes. Basically, the 40 minutes they initially told me was more accurate. After I paid, got my food and left, I looked at my receipt because the amount seemed a bit high. They had charged me for (and gave me) two slices of peach cobbler ($6 a piece) when I only asked for one. When I called back they offered an apology which I appreciate, but I don’t like being given something I didn’t ask for. I should have checked my food before I left but I was in a rush to get back home. Now to the food… the sides were bland and the fish didn’t taste like real catfish but more like Vietnamese catfish (swai). I wasn’t too much a fan of the peach cobbler either so most of the food unfortunately went to waste. Definitely not a good first impression, so I more than likely won’t be back which is a shame because I love to support Black business. Two stars because the main area looked clean.

I was filled with friendship and love before I even got my food. It felt like being in a favorite aunt’s home and she just made your special treat dessert because she knew you were coming welcoming, friendly, and over-the-top. Phenomenal, food cannot speak highly enough of this place. Go here is often as you can and add it to your bucket list so you get it in one more time
