First off let me say this is not a greyhound restaurant that you might see in Dallas or Memphis this is privately owned and the prices reflect it. I was not particularly fond of the breakfast bowl with potatoes.

I was down here buying an Amtrak ticket to get home for Christmas and the girl told me to leave because I didn’t have a ticket for today. I waited until my food was done and I left. The need another night person to run this deli because that lady is rude as hell. I’m like excuse me? You can’t be talking to me. A paying customer. Girl bye!!!!

Arrived at the station after a 3 hr flight to catch greyhound, wanted a bite to eat, the guy working the counter was determined to not do his job. He was turning away customers as well as taking forever to get the drink I purchased, I literally almost missed my bus because of this guy. People travel far and wide to come here and want a bite to eat in the middle of the night, he literally ruined my travel experience. Though he was working by himself, as a restaurant person I would have expected better service. You don’t just reject customers to “stock” and talk to friends that come to visit ignoring travelers. There’s literally nothing else open in the area at this hour and he knows that because I asked him. Will not return if I can help it. Especially if he is the cashier/cook.

Not a great experience. I was trying to grab a snack before getting on the train, so I went there for a fish sandwich. They were all out. Veggie pizza? All out. I wound up with a cheese pizza, more food than I wanted or could eat. The gentleman who took my order was very polite, but there seem to be issues with inventory.

Uncle just for off a two day trip. Only to be treated rudely by employee at this deli. Told him he was closed while serving two other people. Employee stayed on phone rather then helping my family member who paid good money to come see me. As soon as I get the name of this employee I will calling his boss.
