RDM Catering NEVER disappoints! I’ve had the fried chicken, fried fish, macaroni, dressing, yams, greens, cake and banana pudding. My only regret is I don’t get two plates when I order. My family had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful restaurant. My youngest child is a very finicky eater and then my oldest child just can’t seem to eat enough. I myself haven’t been eating any meat portions but only vegetables. Let me just say… with all the difference in our eating habits, RDM catering was able to still serve each of our appetites accordingly. It’s been a while since I have eaten meats but the aroma that was coming from that kitchen ALMOST made me backslide! Overall, we received Excellent service, richly seasoned foods, and our body and souls were on full when we left. Can’t wait to visit again! The hospitality is immeasurable!

My wife and I had the fried chicken wing dinner. Food was absolutely delicious. Chicken fried to perfection, macaroni was cheesey and moist, yams were perfect; not to sweet. Cornbread was the perfect compliment. We also had raspberry tea. Staff was very helpful and friendly, great customer service! We will be back again, they’re open on Sunday’s! We’re from Florida and this food reminded us of home!

Listen… the food is fantastic! We ordered three plates and we’re absolutely satisfied! I didn’t know what to expect but it’s clear that the entrée is the star of the show and the sides are there to compliment and not interfere with the show! Anyhow, we all had the fried chicken with cornbread, cabbage and, yams/rice & gravy in my case! The cabbage was good but not overpowering! The rice and gravy performed the same but when a piece of the fried chicken fell into my rice and I ate it, I knew we had a situation our hands! I recommend you eat the sides before demolishing the entrée! Also, get the yams because it goes so well with the cornbread (I’m not weird just adventurous)! Now about that chicken! This was definitely some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted! Only thing that could make it better is if they had a spicy option but it was a perfect balance of spices and the crunch was phenomenal! (As a note: I have a low salt tolerance so it was a bit salty for me but probably not for most) You won’t be disappointed! FYI: each meal comes with a slice of cake!
