This is the unique waterfront experience you’re looking for. 21 and over only. Open air full service bar – no walls to block the view, on the Cane River, hot fresh crawfish and shrimp boils, or the freshest oysters on the half shell. Po Boys too. Drive in or dock your boat. Be prepared to meet lots of friendly people, especially that character Roger (the R in RD’s). Real Local. Real Good. Real Deal. There’s a pool table too and it’s all under roof cover.

Have a wonderful experience every time I go to RD’s, their food is amazing, I highly recommend the fried shrimp ~ it’s the best in town! Management and waitstaff are so friendly and caring too.

It’s now 1/3/23. Almost noon. Google indicates the place is open, but I wasn’t going to drive down there without confirmation, so I called. Guy answered the phone. I asked if they were open. “No.” Click. Friendly as a penitentiary gate.
