Worst service ever. We ordered two pizzas and one of them looked like it was dropped and stepped on. One slice was missing and replaced with a slice form another pizza. It was completely thin and the replaced slice was fluffy. Pizza took forever to arrive and on top of that, it was cold. We called the place to report the complaint and offered to send a picture but they didn’t seem to want to see the picture. They offered to make a new pie but we had to pick it up. Upon arrival, we still wanted to show them the pie and they didn’t seem amused. As we walked out, the began to laugh. Super un profesional and will not be back!

We ordered the jumbo x-large. Half Hawaiian and half Pepperoni , delivery was hot and the customer service excellent. My new NY style Pizza Restaurant. Price wise with inflation is good price. Either we were very hungry or the Pizza was excellent, seriously good .

Since the owner changed the service has gone down but recently even more. The pizza is still good not the exact same and the employees changed. I ordered a pizza one time for a party and tipped 10 dollars and I wanted to change the pick up time and they said we can only keep it up to 10 minutes. Which is not good customer service I spent 80 dollars and holding it for 30 min extra cause I couldn’t pick it up in time. They didn’t offer to deliver for extra money just come and get it or it’s gone and so is my money. Ridiculous.

If the owner is not there be sure to check your pizza! Two times in the last few months they give me a smaller pie than ordered. Also not fully cooked, cheese not even melted! I’ve been a customer for 13 years and have never had these kinds of issues! Instead of rectifying the issue, she comes out nasty and rude and has the audacity to tell my husband who’s picking up the order if he doesn’t like it not to come back! Instead of refunding us the full amount she shorts it a few dollars and when I call hangs up on me! So disgusted and disappointed with the service here!!!
