Food felt so good in the stomach. Matt was amazing in helping us understand few things about their style of cooking. Vegan restaurant that is heavily focused on environment. I would love to work from here if I am local. We stopped around 10 for Brunch and loved the food, hospitality and vibe of the place. Will love to go back

Love this place! I go with my family all the time. Highly recommend stopping by and trying their food. The epic nacho place is insanely delicious. My sister loves the salads that are a good size portions and filling.

Believe the reviews and just get to Real Roots Cafe! First off, as a Jamaican, I love the name: “real roots.” It jus vibesy. The service was prompt, personable and welcoming. The atmosphere is someplace that I’d choose to visit and work from, if I lived in Chattanooga. The ambiance would make for a great ZOOM background. Then there’s the food. Everything was delicious: from the vegan yolk sandwich, to the kids’grilled cheese sandwich, to the raw donut holes and the burrito. I was satisfied, satiated and added this spot to my Google Maps so I can visit again if in the area. We got there at 8 am and Real Roots Cafe was open and ready for business. As stated before parking wasn’t an issue. We were able to park right out front and didn’t see any signs asking for parking fees.

I had the breakfast burrito and It was so awesome!! So much flavor, very fresh, and I love how well it was wrapped and grilled bc it totally stayed in tact. I had gallbladder removal surgery and I have had to go plant based and really appreciate finding spots where I feel like I haven’t had to give anything up

So grateful for whole food based, simple vegan food places so its tough to not give 4/5 stars but the food I had was a miss. The smothered burrito was dry inside, bland, had chunks of the lettuce core, and the tempeh was in large chunks with no flavor. Overall, just felt like the food wasn’t made with love or the dishes weren’t crafted by someone who enjoys cooking.

Beautiful presentation and scrumptious food. We ordered the special panini that day, golden milk smoothie, ginger snap lattes, a chocolate chip cookie dough ball, and my favorite the Explorer waffle. Everything is freshly made to order. Hidden gem, highly recommend if you’re looking for plant based goodness.

I think Real Roots has the BEST salads in Chattanooga! We got smalls and were still full. The fruit bowls and smoothies are so fresh and delicious. Go try it!

Probably the best plant-based eatery in Chat. I had the miso healthy salad with extra avocado. Really nice clean eating. I would have liked a less spicy version of the tempeh, but I understand differing desires relative to spice level. Lots of options on the menu. I will be back when visiting, for sure.
