Pleasantly surprised with how good the food (and service) was here! As soon as we walked in the door we were warmly welcomed, seated, and given menus. A couple of the friends I was with had not tried Indian food before, so the waiter was very helpful explaining the menu and making appropriate suggestions for what they might like. He was SPOT ON with everything! We loved every dish ordered! It’s also a great place to eat to catch a game since they have TVs. However the best part was how great the team working the place is. They were very attentive to our needs and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our dining experience. They even accommodated our request to watch a certain basketball game! I’m sure they will treat you with the same quality of service.

Very bad experience. Waiters are polite, but higher management/ owner do not know how to handle customer in pick hours. Higher management was behaving badly with everyone, and when one lady put her point, he did not pay attention to her point and started arguing. Also this is not that much authentic, and they don’t serve you a chai, and when you ask for that don’t expect polite answers from owner. Also we ordered spicy food, but instead of properly cooking it, they simply put dry chilli powder from the top, in lot of amount (which can be health hazard, see the photos). Overall very bad experience, would have given zero stars, but one star for polite waiters/servers.

My wife and I went for a late lunch on a Saturday. She had lamb vindaloo while I had chicken karahi. Both dishes were delicious, and service was very attentive. My wife liked her mango lassi drink.

Very knowledgable staff and good food. We got to-go and they offered a table and waters while we were waiting. We got a few different thing but the real knock out was the creamy onion soup that came on our Malai Kolta. Because of the layout and the foods style I would 100% recommend coming with a few people and planning on splitting the entrees and apps between each other. Not too pricey for being a nicer restaurant as well, we came at a slow time but food came out in ~15 minutes for about 2.5 peoples worth of food. Would recommend

If their management cared more about their customers then it would be a better experience. In saying that their kitchen is very dirty with cook’s that are unclean. Cooking is unsafe and I am surprised they haven’t gotten sick. I worked there for a short time and was never asked for a food handlers card. I was told to forget the food handling standards I was taught for years and demanded I do it their way. Their way is wrong so I left and never went back. Someone needs to question their licensing as well as their cooking procedures.

Very disappointed about the food we were delivered. We ordered varieties of non-veg like fish, chicken, shrimp but got all of the 7 entrees same (chicken) with the same gravy even. The spice level was even extreme. The restaurant should be sensitive about people being allergic to certain food too.

Was not expecting good Indian food in Klamath Falls. But this place exceeded expectations. Loved the Kadai Paneer. Ordered Dal Makhani too, which not your traditional version of the dish but a healthier alternative to the same.

We went to the restaurant to order take out.The staffs were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking the order or giving us an estimated wait, they were very mean to us and kept repeating that they were busy in a very condescending tone. After a long wait , we managed to place the order and we were told that the wait time would be 45 min. When we went there after 45 min, they staff were being rude again without appologing for the delay. Eventually one of the staff told us , it would take another 30-45 min. Finally, we got the order after another long wait, we got the food. The curries were supposed to come with rice but they didn’t give a single rice for 10+ orders of curries. The experience was very disappointing and we are never coming back.
