This place is a fantastic country gem! Dinner was delicious. But most importantly, the dessert was the best! We really enjoyed a great place where the staff was kind and caring. We’ll be back as long as the doors are open.

Quaint, cozy, family-run plated and evening buffet restaurant. The people were SOOOO very friendly. The buffet was clean with real catfish, not Swai. Good, country food. That sweet tea was delicious. I would drive back for a pitcher. Took my parents for their anniversary. They made their evening special.

Great little restaurant! I had catfish with mashed potatoes and baked beans. The beans were delicious. My wife had the blt sandwich. You just need to ask for mayo prior because it doesn’t come with it.

Wonderful place. It’s a destination restaurant. Staff could not have been friendlier and welcoming. Food was fabulous with maybe a few misses that did not detract overall from the meal. There were four of us and food was taken home due to large portions. We shared a small basket of boneless wings, perfection with barbecue sauce. Collectively, our plates included fried pork cops, chicken livers, chicken tenders, all bursting with flavor. I had the chicken livers lightly covered with onions and gravy. I think the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly brewed sweet tea. Mashed potatoes were good. I’ll pass next time on the turnip greens and johnny cake. Thoroughly enjoyed snd will return.

The folks are very cordial. Enjoyed every bite. The country fried steak was fork tender with tremendous white gravy. The cheesecake was delightful. Very nice family atmosphere in a country style decor. Great place.

Stopped by here for lunch. Nice folks. And the place is nicely designed in country decor. Very homey feel. Food is county style. Chicken dumplings, chicken livers, country fried steak etc. They have daily lunch specials on the wall for under $10. If it were closer to us I’d come more often but we were just passing through.
