I grew up eating here back in the early 80s. Came back to Afton for a family reunion and had to stop in. The decor has changed but the service and food hasn’t changed much. They still offer slush puppies!. I had the Double bacon cheese burger, and the Baron Blast drink off the specialty drink menu. We shared a fries, tots, and onion rings. All were perfect, and just what I expected. They also serve fry sauce (aka pink sauce)..and the menu has lots of options.

Great place all around! We dropped in for a quick snack. Grabbed 2 corn dogs & a fry. Oh my goodness… BEST FRIES EVER! They also bring you a 2oz container of 1/2 ketchup & 1/2 mustard! I’ve never had a place do that!! Will definitely be back!

Fast, fresh, and delicious drive-in. Everything we tried from the pastrami burger to the onion rings to a Nutella shake was spectacular. We will definitely be making this a stop whenever we are driving through Star Valley.

What a little gem. This is a must if you are looking for a place to eat in Afton. 5 stars for the nostalgia, location, and service. Food about as basic as it gets, but sometimes basic is just what you want, and this is one of those times. Thank you Red Baron!

The food was great. I would especially recommend the tator tots. So rare to find an actual drive in these days. It was authentic and delicious. The atmosphere was awesome, 50’s music with neon lights and the perfect drive in you would picture from a movie. Will always come back here when I am in town.

We’re visiting from Utah and we were amazed by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food! We came on costumer appreciation day and we all got free food. Next time we come to Wyoming we are going to stop here for sure, highly recommended to everyone!

For being the talk of the town and crazy busy this place was super-average. Very nice waitstaff and quick service. The facilities seemed clean & nice. I was really hoping the food would stellar for a car-hop diner. Burger honestly tasted like fake meat being in the land of cattle. Fries were okay, shake was okay. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing? I’m sure we will give it another try someday.

1st and last visit. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews come from. Burger was mediocre at best, tots were delicious and salty. Over priced for the frozen burger quality. Building is gross. Flys and gnats(?) all over, floor in seating area was filthy, floor behind the counter was even worse… Felt gross being there. Didn’t even finish my burger. Burger King would have been a better option. Maybe the quality is in the ice cream. I didn’t stay to find out.
