We have eaten at Red Bowl twice so far. Both times Cindy served us and our dinners were phenomenal! She was so sweet and patient as we explored the menu and asked questions. Everything we ordered was delicious and reasonably priced. This is my family’s new favorite Asian cuisine restaurant!

I have been here twice and the customer service in the front could be a little better. It wasn’t terrible though. This time I ordered the bento box for lunch and paid $13.99 for rice general tso chicken 4 California sushi’s , a spring roll and salad/ my husband got a soup instead of salad… a great deal. The pork fried rice was good, and they gave my husband and I more chicken than rice which we appreciated and most places don’t do. The chicken was very good and wasn’t squishy like other places. The sushi was very underwhelming… probably the only thing on the plate I was not impressed with. The spring roll was VERY good… one of the best I’ve had. The soup was AMAZING (like a broth) and the salad was probably my favorite. It came with a kimchi like sauce to dress it. I will DEFINITELY being going back.

I was a fan of this restaurant, until I started having issues with my DoorDash orders. On their DoorDash menu, there is no option (like most places) for additional sides such as white sauce, and spicy mayo to be added. I called on two separate orders I placed this week. I order the THREE sushi roll special. I call and ask for EXTRA spicy mayo to be added and they tell me that they can only give me ONE side of spicy mayo…even though I ordered THREE rolls. I could not cancel my order, because they had already started making it. The side of spicy mayo is so small, it’s equivalent to a teaspoon. This is not even enough for ONE roll. I spent a lot of money here in the last few months. This is the last time I will dine here. They are so cheap! I’ve dined inside the restaurant multiple times and I never have an issue getting extra sauces and I also don’t even get charged. It’s not about the money, I’m okay with them charging me but they don’t have a way to charge for extra sauces so they just refuse to give any “extra” sauces.

As yummy as usual. I can’t seem to deviate from my usual Sesame Chicken. Eyes are bigger than my stomach. Soooo good though. Meat was tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I like to throw the white rice on it and mix it in.

On The Office, Kathy Bates said of Florida “we’re used to alligators and some of the worst Chinese food you’ve ever tasted.” Normally, I agree but this place definitely has very good food compared to most places I’ve tried here. The praise I have is really only to the food.

Does that look like a Tuna Tempora Roll? I thought it was supposed to be crunchy and raw tuna in the middle. I ordered this before and its not like anything like this. It was nasty. I called them spoke to a lady which was rude. She said I got what I paid for. Which was gross. Taste like dry chicken. The customer service is horrible. Lady wanted to cancel my whole door dash order because I wanted white sauce too. Never will I eat there again.FOOD WAS NASTY! If you want to be treated with respect like a customer. Do not go there.

We were excited when our MIL recommended this place 5 mins from our house for hibachi. We placed a take out order for Hibachi today. Steak was well done and super tough when we ordered medium rare. Rice was old and had a nasty flavor to it. Yum Yum sauce was not very good. Soup was decent. Due to our order being wrong and not good we contacted the restaurant to see what could be done. Their only suggestion was for us to drive the food back up there for a refund or credit. This was our 2nd order this week from this restaurant and it will be our last. YOUR restaurant butchered our order and now we have to take the time out of our day to drive back up there to get it fixed? Terrible customer service and terrible food. Fujiyama House is where we usually go and will continue to do so. Worth the extra drive.
