We enjoy eating at Red Chillys and are a regular customer here. We typically get a dum biryani and it never disappoints. We eat spicy food and level 8 is usually good for us. At times, we have tried level 9 but it can get too spicy.

Tried mastan mutton fried biryani , bheemavaram chiken biryani and 2 other appetizers. Tastes below average . Food looks old and heated and served and the chicken pieces are too bad . Mutton biryani is just about average .

We are 4 people recently visited red chillys. Tried their whole phompet fish. It was amazing. We also had few indo-chinese starters which were really amazing. The server recommended us to try goat dhum biryani and i can say it was the best biryani we had in Pittsburgh. Finally a good restaurant that has best indian food in Pittsburgh. Will visit again.

Sunday Lunch at Red chillies indian restaurant was a nice experience with food tasting so authentic. We had dum biriyani , Pompo fried fish, lamb Rohan Josh , chili fish and chicken , pani puri, chat was all good , brought memories back to good old college days in Bombay. Gave 5 because the food was awesome with good food presentation all 10+ but they do need work on the ambiance of the store and customer service needs a twist . Overall a restaurant that must be visited if in town – give your tastebuds a treat.-

This is the newest Indian restaurant in town. I tried their veg starters which include ragda kachori, pav bhaji, sev puri and papdi chat. The chat options are really good but I didn’t get an authentic taste. Also, the Kachori was so hard that you could actually call it a ROCK. The management was informed about it and their explanation did not sound very pleasing to me. I also tried their chicken 555 starter and it okay. Their Desert, Basundi was really good..it brought back memories from childhood when I used to have Amul creamy syruph. I still have to try their Biryanis and will update my review.

First time at Red Chilly and food was really good. It is rare to find a good Indian restaurant in Pittsburgh area, and Red Chilly didn’t disappoint. They should hold on to their Chef from Chennai. We ordered chicken tikka kababs, chicken masala – very very good, and the chicken tikka biriyani was excellent. If you are in the Robison township area, give them a try.
