I have been here twice now, and both times the food was so delicious!!!! Service is always great and quick. Literally, the BEST crab legs I have ever eaten! Everything is clean and the staff is wonderful. Everything is reasonably priced compared to Red Lobster or any other seafood place. Definitely come here to get great quality seafood!

I was very happy with the food here I thought it was delicious and this type of restaurant is my favorite so it makes me happy to have enjoyed my meal as a visitor. It was good quality and flavourful. My food experience in Danville has not been great and this meal made up for all of them.

This restaurant is absolutely inviting. The staff are very informative to a certain extent. I came in for a to go order, this being my first time ever at this establishment and might I say their management SUCKS! I was offered refreshments while I waited and Samara was very informative when it came to helping me order for my spouse and I. I will not be back. After being OFFERED a drink by one of the employees I was chased out of the establishment by a manager demanding I paid the tab for the drink that his employee offered to me “while I wait”. I am completely shocked and disappointed with how management discriminated against me. I do not know how to feel after this ordeal. Employees are good but management are not black friendly!

I would love to give this restaurant a five star review but I can’t. The fact that I am eating king crabs at a higher market price I like to have claw crackers that actually work better. The ones they provide( you will need to ask for) wouldn’t crack my king crab. The plastic forks they provide won’t even cut the potatoes. The paper napkins they provide sticks to your fingers and ain’t worth a toot when your eating steamed crabs and shrimp.The staff was friendly and the service it’s self was five star.

Customer service was on point from the time I walked through the door. The food was hot and delicious! I got the Crawfish and Shrimp without the head and I added 2 eggs. When I say this was good, I ain’t lying! I will be back to this Red Crab Again.

I came in. 45min until closing. (Red crab Danville Va.) I am from Va Beach Va. , I ordered the pasta and it was extremely dry. I was told the kitchen was closing and all the cooks were gone.. I couldn’t get any extra sauce and the manager was ok with me not having any food and me sitting watching my friends eat. Its sad that the manager came out and he was comfortable with my dissatisfaction. They were ready to go home and it showed . Corporate need to be more involved with customer service than closing the store for the night . Awful experience

This is probably where I eat out most frequently. The food’s absolutely wonderful and the service is always great and the atmosphere is awesome. It got all these replicas of various sea creatures hanging from the roof and it’s nice and spacious so you don’t feel cramped in next to anybody else. They have boots and tables as well as a bar.

I ordered the the weekend special. It comes with a corn, 3 potatoes, half pound of shrimp, a lobster tail, and some crabs with juicy sauce. Pretty good. Will come back next time
