Sorry but $18.99 for a 4 snow crab cluster was just too much. And waiter was extremely rude. Ordered extra corn but didn’t get it and he said sorry didn’t hear that but yet it was on the bill. Also asked a simple question about if beverage was included after the meal as it was not on the bill and he said talk to the girl up front. Asked again politely and he repeated the same thing. Taste was good but execution was poor. Also no alcoholic beverages available. That’s the kiss of death. Be surprised if this place is still here in 6 months.

This place used to be all that +3 bags of chips! However, since after Covid, they have gone both thumbs down. There used to be big chunks of garlic. Lots of flavor with butter and seasoning, perfectly cooked shrimp, and lobster now the butter just tastes like vegetable oil. The seasoning is just the same seasoning that you shake out of a container you see no little pieces of garlic anymore the flavor very bland, Duckhorn taste frozen , my shrimp was overcooked very chewy like it even may have been from the day before the lobster stopped to the shell. My crab legs were so small. Some of the pieces wasn’t even worth trying to crack open. When I ordered my order last night at 8:30 I gave them a ring once I noticed the quality of my food. They said that the manager wasn’t available will call me the next day. By 5 o’clock I had not received a call, so I proceeded to call the manager after continuously, Holden being placed on hold time and time again the manager comes and says that the owners are unwilling to do anything regarding my food, unless I had not consumed any of it. I let him know that the way that I know my food wasn’t cooked right was by consuming it, he was like well. They are foreigners, and they are not willing to replace my food or give me back any of my money or re-cook any of my food. I will not be eating at this juicy crab anymore. There’s so many other options out there I will be following them.

The food was good. Still need improvement I ordered with garlic butter but they made it spicy . I didn’t mind but my kid and wife couldn’t enjoy it. Also we got only 1 crab cracker that we had to share. I asked for another one but only got it at end . Reason why it’s because they didn’t have any more clean ones . Also bad experience to dig in the crab legs because no other tools are provided. My opinion is that they need to improve to get better business or they won’t be getting repeated customer. If all these problems was fixed it would definitely pull for 4-5 stars review.

Placed an order to go and the snobby young lady who couldn’t be bothered to look up from her cell phone told us it would be about a 15 minute wait. We sat in a booth two feet away from the to go counter. After thirty minutes of waiting we checked to see what was taking so long. Our food had come up almost twenty minutes earlier and she hadn’t even looked up from her cell phone. We asked to speak to a manager to have the food remade so that it would be hot (our order was about $110). Another young lady approached us and told us that there was no manager available and that normally people are supposed to “come up and get there own food” after placing an order. I was baffled that there was no manager on duty and that this was the response I was getting. Another waitress came up and ordered to have the food remade. 10 minutes later we had our order, but here’s the fun part. When we got in the car we realized that they did not remake the order. They just double-bagged it again and reheated it. Lazy, rude, and incompetent wait staff and no manager in the building. It’s no surprise they only had three people eating inside. We will be contacting corporate for a refund and it’s safe to say they have lost our business for good.

The service was great, the dining area has a boat aquarium in it and the place was clean. The food however was not the best. My bf had the boil with crab legs and shrimp. He said it was good. The calamari was edible but not delicious and the fried oysters/shrimp basket was also unimpressive.

We were a little unsure of this place at first from some reviews and the location look. But when we walked in we were taken aback. It was a fun restaurant! We ordered the cajun boil meal and it was absolutely amazing. Beyond delicious. Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely go back. Whatever they’re paying the chef it’s not enough. And our waitress was sweet as could be as well.

The seafood was amazing OMG, excellent lobster, snow crab and shrimp!!! You can also get spirits an bottle or draft beer there, so all around great place Togo. The sever was not very good, but oh well worth the expense and experience. Will be back in a heartbeat!!

My First time here. I had crab legs, lobster tail and shrimp. Very good flavor. Very messy in a good way. Travis was an excellent server. I wish I could put clones of him at every restaurant.

It was a great atmosphere. The food was decent enough. Clam chowder could have been cooked longer. Crab legs wasn’t too fresh. Overall I did enjoy the experience. My server was kind.

After I was seated and saw the menu the prices were higher than what I had seen online. They had actually written the price in with pen. It’s just not worth the price for the little amount that you get. I asked for not spicy with the garlic butter and I got I guess what was considered mild, but it was too spicy for me.
