Suggest never eating here. Should be a minus review. Cold food. Food appears to be recycled, in and out and back in. Dried tough and not fresh a lot of the time. Server non attentive. Limited selection. Last time there I begrudgingly received a ice tea refill. I took one swig and burned my throat and mouth with what seemed to be pure bleach. 3am that night my throat was still sore. Sorry, I love Chinese but not this one, ever again.

Well it was quiet and very low lit. Half of the restaurant was off and only seating half of the place. The food was ok and mostly warm. It wasnt memorable at all.

Food was warm. Selection was limited at the time we went, the Mongolian grill was unmanned and the sushi bar only had one plate with a few pieces there. We were in town visiting family and this was the only buffet in town. We live in McAllen where the Chinese buffet selection is more robust. Ambient music was too quiet. There were two boys wrestling near the buffet and no one on staff told them anything about it.

Coconut chicken was made with breaded chicken patties, over cooked. Pepper chicken was ok, fried rice was poor not what I would expect. Over all below average cause service never checked back in on us. We will not return.

Red Diamond has an excellent variety of fish and shrimp, but I was disappointed in the lack of vegetables. The grapefruit was my favorite item, also the coconut chicken. We were just passing through so I think they cater more to the local crowd.
