This place is on a marina with nice boats to look at. The food was good, the service was great, and the other customers were super friendly. We split a tenderloin sandwich and fries so we could try a couple of appetizers. The stuffed mushrooms could have been cooked a little longer so the cream cheese was melted a little more, but they were delicious! We also tried the catfish nuggets. They were just okay for me but I don’t like anything that tastes fishy. I would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area again.

Very Nice spot by the harbor! We went here on the way home from vacation, and definitely did not disappoint! Great scenery of all the different boats while you are eating dinner ! Highly recommend when you come out here

It took TWO HOURS for our food to arrive. Don’t expect fast service. Once the food got here, it was actually good. Luckily the atmosphere was very enjoyable. We had A LOT of time to enjoy it while we waited. They did give us a gift card at the end to accommodate the situation.

Atmosphere and service were great, loved watching the ducks. The food on the other hand was a different story. The BBQ pork nachos were awesome!!!!! But the pork tenderloin overcooked and no taste. They say the hamburger is a half pound…NO WAY!!!! Didn’t even cover the bun and there was literally 2 little pieces of BBQ pork on top. And for goodness sakes toast the buns a little. Not worth the price or the hype.

Went to starved rock with our family and puppy so we were looking for a good dinner stop. I read the poor reviews and decided to give it a try. HUGE MISTAKE!! While the layout and atmosphere was nice the service was absolutely terrible. We waiting almost 15 min after sitting to see a waitress. Even then they were out of most beer and wines that we asked for. Our food came quickly but my sweet potato fries were cold and the western burger was well (not medium) and the meat was crazy over seasoned. This place has so much potential but is so poorly mis-managed or terrible ownership. I’m leaving out move of it since I’m still sitting here waiting to see my waitress for my second beer. Do not go here.

I hate to leave this review because we have enjoyed this place so much for the past few years, and recommended it to friends. I hear that management has changed and the kitchen is completely different. Not in a good way. We always enjoyed the eclectic menu and the food was very good. The menu is now much more standard and food quality is down substantially. We couldn’t even eat the pork tenderloin. It was over-fried, dry, with no taste and the fries were cold. Our flatbread was also overcooked and dry. Even our margaritas seemed to have no alcohol.

This is without a doubt a great Marina tiki bar restaurant stop. If you’re missing the Gulf Coast or SoFlo this may fill your void for the hour or two that you were sitting here. The service was outstanding friendly and courteous, the inside bar would make Jimmy Buffett Proud, the outside patio area overlooks the marina and it’s beautiful, the tiki bar wasn’t open but it’s absolutely adorable. Although we did not eat because we had eaten before we got there everybody around us was ordering food and it looked phenomenal. The cocktail menu was outstanding, the liquor menu was top notch, and there was no shortage of trying to satisfy the beer American lover. I would highly recommend to anyone to make this stop.
