This place is the place I ALWAYS head to for a treat. Of course it’s over-priced, but it’s always the best ramen I’ve ever had. Service was excellent, and the staff work hard. I usually head here for a ramen bowl when I’m down in the dumps, and this place doesn’t let me down. I love that the broth is always served on the side, since I don’t like to drown my ramen. I don’t think I’d eat a full course meal here unless I was making tenfold, but once again, a great treat. (Pictured: Shrimp Tempura Ramen, broth on the side)

I waited over an hour for chicken hibachi lunch (not including the delivery drive time). It was a massive disappointment to eat terrible food when I was starving for $35. The soup that comes with the lunch special was basically brown water with a dash of salt. No flavor and only 2 mushrooms floating around. The chicken was ok, really hard and dry though. The rice was a disappointment, it’s like they buy the frozen pees, carrots, and green bean bags and just toss them in with some soy sauce. The hibachi veggies were the worst, absolutely no seasoning on them. Not even salt. I felt like I was eating steamed vegetables you would get at a hospital. Alll this for $35 lunch. I should’ve just ordered pasta from Dopo or any other great spot for the same price.

The portions are meager. The tuna sashimi was spoiled. The rolls were mixed together without explanation or regard for possible food allergy cross-contamination. The staff seemed utterly disinterested in the issues with the order. I returned the food, and the woman at the counter threw my cash, plus my nice tip, on the counter. Avoid this place at all costs.

Not very impressive. The most bland miso soup I think I’ve ever tried. $50 for a pork ramen dish and pad Thai. The pork in the ramen was delicious but overall everything is lacking in flavor. Mediocre at best. Probably won’t go back.

I’ve had many people suggest going to this place and I’m very glad I went. I ordered three rolls and they were pretty average price for the Hamptons (all three rolls, including tax were just under $40). Their lunch specials look amazing and I will definitely be going back for lunch sometime. I also really appreciate their COVID procedures they have put in place.

Really wish I’d read all the terrible reviews before ordering here. Bad food at absurd prices with poor service to boot. I assume the only reason this place is in business is due to ripping off customers. Order here at your own risk!

The lady that works at the front is very rude! For what you get the food is way over priced, they fill up the curry containers with fillers and give you very little boiled chicken! There are better Chinese options in the Hamptons don’t bother with this one unless you like bad customer service and tasteless food!

Ordered now a few times on Uber Eats – decent quality salmon sushi, however on an eel roll and summer roll was all cucumber, barely any protein. Wouldn’t order again.
