My brother ordered food from here and the delivery person was rude and made a racist comment. On another day my son ordered from them and I went to get the food and asked him if the food is hot, he said yes. When I checked the food was so cold. I gave him back the food and closed my door. Another time he ordered again, my son paid the delivery guy. He asked him for his change the delivery guy said he had no change to give him. Stole $10 for a $10 food. If the restaurant is offering delivery, that need to invest in a food warmer bag. Stop being cheap, so selling stale food, stop cooking food in stale oil (4 days old oil). Won’t be ordering from them again. They need to be closed down.

Pretty disappointed with the quality of the food. It looked appetizing but when I took my first bite the disappointment set in. I ordered a veggie lo mein with sesame chicken… the chicken is not crunchy and the noodles are too soft. And the taste… trust, there’s better Chinese joints out there

Ever since the other restaurant closed happy joy , red flower has become not good at all, I guess people in the area is on demand for Chinese food, but it makes them give worst product. Worst flavor was anything for that matter what service and it’s not OK I got my food today. I was very disappointed. I gave it to my dog.

Food is good but EVERYTIME I order its never made on time. At first I use to call and order and when I get there that’s when she makes the food,so I started going inside order pay and wait in the car, and all 80 times I did that I still had to stand up and wait cause when she see me come back inside to pick up that’s when the food is being made. The little lady that answers the phone she charges you more than what the food is listed for on the menu the rice is disgusting there’s mice behind the ATM machine the dining area is neat but it’s dirty look at the floor and the boards the chicken wings are very salty the gravy for the egg foo young is pre-made in containers cold and the Chinese restaurant next to them going towards the train station was the one with the raccoons in it you can see that video on YouTube

I ordered they brought the wrong food then I call back to exchange four hours later no new food just kept my money won’t give me a refund they show up it’s now 5.5 hours after ordering I ate the chicken starving I throw the rest out he asks me to take it out the trash I give it to him he opens it goes to the car and takes out the amount I ate out the new box automatically disgusting puts it in the garbage box I don’t even want to know what they do in their store really i will never order from here again i feel bad for their regular customers they are very nasty I just threw the new order away this place is a hard pass for me wish I could give them no stars will be reporting them to the health inspector playing with ppl lives

I hope i never have to come back. i have been coming here for years and years . i left very good reviews and all. but im a nursing student right. so i dropped off my daughter so i can get some studying done .. my husband brings me the food late at night and i eat the general toast tofu and immediately pass right out. i understand it was nine at night but i dont believe the food made me pass out as i had taken a big nap already that day. Somethings UP!!!!!!!! i will stick to Jamaican food if i have too
