Homemade wheat bread. So delicious. It’s not something you get to have every day. Homemade bread yes, wheat not often. I had the build your own omlet: ham, green peppers, tomatoes with cheese and a side of hash browns.

Small local restaurant specializing in delicious breakfasts and lunches. Love the old Art Deco style tables and chairs and the small town charm. Pancakes are huge! Excellent thick cut, smoky bacon and quality sausage. Delicious Sausage Gravy too. Was blown away by the thick slices of very light, airy Amish Bread that is available for a small upcharge. Very reasonable prices and excellent food!

It was hard to decide if I wanted breakfast or lunch. I went with lunch and ordered the Frisco Melt and fries. I ate every last bite. Our server was super friendly. I’m not gonna lie. I was eyeballing the biscuits and gravy with 2 sunnyside up eggs on top that someone at the table next to me ordered. I wish I lived closer, as I was just passing through town. I would most definitely eat here again.

We were going there pretty often may be every 2 weeks. Then one day we went in for Sunday Breakfast and there were plenty of tables they just needed to be wiped. We asked where we should sit and the waitress was rude and snapped and said I’ll be right there in a minute with a angry attitude so because of her lovely disposition we left and decided to dine elsewhere.

I love hometown cooking! The cozy atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and at home. It’s not a very big place made up of one dinning room, some bar style seating with booths and tables. The staff are very friendly. I guarantee if you stop by on a regular basis they will remember you and your preferences. The type of place you sit down and say, “I’ll get the usual”. Delicious breakfast! I had the Farmers breakfast (a large meal) and it kept me going all day!
