When I walked in , the place was empty on a Friday night. I should’ve known then not to eat there. I ordered some onion rings and fish. The fish was seasoned good but soggy. The onion rings was soggy as well. I had to go home and put it in the air fryer. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this location.

The clerk was rude and poker faced. I tried to change my order within few minutes of ordering, but he was like, the food is already made. I loved the place and the food. So, I wasn’t too disappointed. I’ll give him the benefit of doubt.

My wife, Keondra, and I have visited this place a few times since our first visit September 4, 2022. Yesterday, June 18, 2023, made this our fifth time eating Red Hook and, like all the times before, they did not disappoint. We did take out and only spent a worthy $50.

Called in a order this morning as soon as they opened they were rude on the phone and when I got there they held my money up to the light for 10 minutes examining my 100 like it was fake for the seafood home it was all old like they had it forever and one of my clusters looked like it had mold on it we just threw it away 120 dollars down the toilet smh I’m tired of this being acceptable for us we need to open our own seafood restaurants last time I buy anything from there or THEM

My wife and I have been looking for a seafood restaurant with some good flavor. Today, September 4, 2022, was our first time trying Red Hook so we dined in to get the full experience and they did not disappoint. We spent over $180 with a tip and it was worth it. The dining room was clean and decorated with Pirates of the Caribbean with a splash of the sea vibe.

Update today I visited this location and ordered 1/2 pound of crab legs and received 1 cluster, now I e ordered this same amount at the union location and always received 2 clusters,,,, so if you can avoid this place don’t go because management will only reply yet do nothing to fix the situation,,,,,, I would like to point out that I visited Red Hook on Union several times in order to exact same thing. However, when I order it here it’s considerably less. How is 3 lb. Not 3 lb. Not 3 lb. I ordered 3 lb of crawfish and it seem like one and a half. Maybe two. Keep in mind I ordered this same exact meal 25 times at your other restaurant. Way to go
