I needed some dinner on Black Friday allot of places were closed this place was still cooking. I ordered a cheese steak and a fish dinner, I was happy with everything. The food was great, I was happy with the portions and the prices weren’t bad. They so many dinners and wing flavors. I definitely will eat here again.

The food was absolutely disgusting , and the service was even worse. Completely screwed up my order and was unapologetic about it. Waste of money and time

This is one of my favorite places to go when I feel like fried Fish and Hush puppies. I have been dealing with them for about ten years.

This restaurant used to have great food. Great ribs, turkey wings, fried seafood, vegetables and breakfast foods. About a year ago, all the cooks and employees changed. Since then the food is simply terrible. I used to love the candied yams so much that I’d buy and serve them during parties and other events. The last time I purchased them, they looked like they had mixed leftover hash browns or something in with them. I’ve asked where did all the previous cooks/employees go three or four times and everyone pretends like they have been there for years and don’t have any ideas who I could be talking about. I’m talking about the 2 older African women, 1 young African man and 1 older Asian lady who has been there the last 9-10 years. Bring them back!!

I passed by this place a lot because of another store across the street. Ate there for the first time and had fried catfish, fried chicken, kale and collard greens. The food was better than I expected. The batter they used on the catfish and chicken was perfectly seasoned. Greens were seasoned well too. I spoke to the owners and they tell me breakfast was their big seller. If breakfast is better than the fish and chicken, I’m prepared to be blown away. I read a few reviews about this place…drive through takes a while because food is made to order. Expect to wait, but also expect your food to be hot and tasty. Not soggy and old. Also, the woman that gave bad service is no longer working there. I will definitely be back. Oh, and I think the owner are fairly new, so ignore older reviews about service. Food is good.

Used to get breakfast here at least 3X a week! Today went to Red House and had a totally different experience since pre Covid. Things have changed, the staff is not the same or as friendly and messed up my order, and didn’t care. The food is different. I used to give it 5 stars….

A friend told me to go here because the break sandwichs we’re good and a good price. But I seen they had ribs so I gave it a try….. My first bite I thought I was chewing gum. Then I looked at the inside and it was completely red with BBQ sauce on top….. Yes raw pork ribs. Do not eat here at all.

I’ve been a patron of this establishment for many years. They used to have really good food. My favorite was. Their fried catfish it was superb. But recently they have changed staff and the recipe. I ordered my usual catfish and it was the worst fish I’ve ever eaten! It tasted like baking soda! The batter was gross and thin. They used to use cornmeal and seasoning not what taste like baking soda and flour. It’s disappointing that home cooked taste is now gone. I also recently tried their meatloaf, turkey wings and kale. All of them were not something I would ever eat again. The turkey wings wer fry and also lacked seasoning maybe they sat out too long. The meatloaf had a mushy consistency like they used minimal meat and it also had that baking soda arm and hammer flavor. It’s sad but I guess this good staple is no longer any good.

Restaurant used to be my favorite go to for breakfast! But over the past year the place has been going down hill… to the staff being incoherent and lacking basic knowledge of the products to the quality of the food! I don’t know if this place is under new management or not but i won’t be returning after multiple mishaps on different occasions! This is very unfortunate
