The service was good. The Vietnamese egg rolls barely had filling. Felt ripped off. Ordered the roasted duck with egg noodles. Broth was plain. The roasted duck was served on the side, not used to it like that. Was thinking it would come out on top of the noodles in the soup. At least the roast duck was delicious. Not my go to place. Felt like it was more Chinese cuisine than real Vietnamese food.

I’m going to need to eat here again to establish a baseline. It was recommended to me by a trusted friend who knows his food. We liked it but the flavors were not as strong as we were hoping for. Even my favorite pho place back in Seattle that I’ve been eating at for 15 years had off days so I’m going to give this one another swing. The service was great and the restaurant was comfortable. The food was good and I’m hoping it’s great the next time.

We was just passing by while in Vegas sightseeing & hubby was like lets try this restaurant…IM SOO GLAD HE DID .. I got the short ribs & baby let me tell you them bad boys was so tender and flavorful ❤❤ Hubby got the chicken & he liked that alot to.. we be returning when we come back to Vegas….(that’s the hubby 2nd home, 8 times & counting ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ )

Worst service in Vegas! Never again! Please talk to management! Yesterday my friend and I went to try Red Lantern. We both love Pho and were really excited since we got a good deal on it. So we drove like 30 minutes away from my house to go there. Once we got there we seated by this Asian man, he got us to our tables, and said, “what do you want?” “I said we just need a minute.” Instead of leaving he just walked by our table a bunch until we ordered. I ordered my Pho, and my friend ordered some of the Shrimp spring rolls. Time goes by and then they bring out my friend’s food but deliver it to the wrong table, which was not that big of a deal because mistakes happen. Even though they brought it to the table who already had food. After we received our food, we ate it and enjoyed it a lot even though the guy was hovering over our table specifically while we are eating. So once we received the bill, I asked if I can use the Groupon and he applied it on there, but would not let my friend use his debit card because he didn’t want to be charged for the debit card fee. So I paid him in cash since my friend didn’t have any cash on him. Then once he came back with the checkbook. I left him a TIP. He then said, “Are you serious? You give us this? This is insulting.” I was confused at first but realized he was upset because his Tip was not big enough. He then says, “We gave you good service and this is how you treat us, with only this tip.” I said, “okay?” So I took the tip back. He then starts yelling at us, saying, “People like you, (probably because we were Black/Hispanic) use Groupon, and don’t tip and come here a lot.” I said, “I’m sorry what is your name?” He refused to give me his name and instead said, “What is your name?” to mock me. Very unprofessional, and I think he was hovering over our table because of our race because of the comment he made about us “not tipping”. Again we tipped. This behavior is unacceptable, no one should be yelling at their customers no matter what happened. Never coming here again! This deserves to be shut down!

Absolutely the worst pho I’ve ever eaten. There was no flavor in the soup, the noodles were overcooked, no spoons or any utensils in the bag for the order when we had it delivered. No sauce for the egg rolls. You couldn’t pay me to eat from there ever again.
