I been in different Red Lobsters, but the location at Rt 22, was a great experience, the server (Ben) was an amazing person very friendly and welcoming, we got the food as fast as we requested was very fresh and had a lot of flavor.

This place is badddd!! Yes worse than the South Plainfield location. The restaurant needs more than some tlc. Red lobster you should be ashamed!! Please hire a cleaning service after hours because this is not ok. I was given a gift card after my experience in South Plainfield so I went to a different location. The service was ok but the ambience is missing. Who can eat here and be comfortable??

Hey don’t take this chain for granted. Took my parents for lunch on a Sunday. Didn’t understand why the place was empty. Ordered our food and it was tremendous! Beyond expectations. The service was great too! Manager came over to make sure everybody was taken care of. A bit dark and dreary inside but the meal was great and we will be back.

Every Red Lobster is different. This is the best Red Lobster we’ve ever been to. The mussels are superb, but the rice in the dish with the mussels is to die for. Matter of fact, they’re so good, I don’t remember what else I had. We have a Red Lobster that’s very close to our house, but we drive to this Red Lobster because it’s so much better.

Food was good no real complaints. The waitress was awesome, it was early, she was alone working 4 tables, and my family had not 1 complaint about the service at all!!! She was great and even got my daughter some biscuits to go.

I have been to this location 4 times in recent months. This Red Lobster is the best there is. Every other Red Lobster needs to send management here to take notes on the food and service quality. Seriously, this location has been competitive with a proper steakhouse on the Friday evenings my wife and I have dined. I always get the sirloin steak, medium-rare with mashed potatoes and fries. My wife always gets the clams in white wine sauce, if it’s available, with a side of plain pasta and broccoli. Every employee we have interacted with has been friendly, considerate, and attentive. I would say the only downside of this location is that the interior is in need of some modernization. The bathrooms especially need an update; although, it’s worth noting they are always very clean. 5 stars, fantastic. It’s hard to imagine not loving the experience here.

Friendly staff. However, the food I received was far below what I expected. The New England clan chowder had a layer of oil laying on top, so much so that I couldn’t eat it. Then my main course was the Crab Alfredo, normally a favorite of mine. The crab was plentiful, but the alfredo sauce was watery and bland. I ate not even a quarter of this before deciding it wasn’t worth it.
