First off this place had the best service we have received from a red lobster yet! We live about a hour away so I made a phone call and I believe it was a lady named Brandy that answered. SHE WAS WONDERFUL AND SO KIND! She made sure to reserve us for a spot so when we arrived there was no issue! When we arrived we met a young lady training and a VERY friendly and kind gentleman at the door who knew just what to say and had amazing customer service. (Didn’t get his name) we were then seated and our waitress was Amanda. She was outstanding! It was getting busy and she was still on top of her game! Making sure drinks and rolls were restocked and when we put our order in for endless shrimp she was on it! They came out so fast and we had our next one before finishing the one before. We got full quickly and had plenty to take home. We definitely got our moneys worth and will be returning again in the future!

Crab and shrimp Rangoon looked nothing like the menu. Steak was some overcooked but I ate it. Shrimp were good. Lobster tail rather small for a $70 entrée, rubbery. Giant salad, one cup of ranch. Food came 5 minutes after Rangoon and salad. Biscuits were ok, dry. We usually have excellent experience at any red lobster but Staunton, VA was really lacking in quality. We spent $150 for dinner as we were celebrating our anniversary. Not worth it. Server was attentive and polite.

Hardly anyone was there, though I’m not sure why. Eleven of my family members enjoyed the restaurant mostly to ourselves. It’s been a while since I last went to Red Lobster, but it still never disappoints. We had a great meal, and the service was top-notch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our waitress was very sweet and hospitable. Several of us had the Endless Shrimp Feast, our waitress always made sure to have our next order ready to go. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience, which we all enjoyed.
